Remed Assistance also holds ISO 27001:2013 certification – the most internationally accepted and widely recognized information security standards developed to provide organizations with a framework for establishing processes for implementing, operating, monitoring, reviewing and improving an Information Security Management System.

Remed Assistance Quality Manager Banu Mercan Öztürk states that having both certificates is very important for us and our customers, and the quality of the services we provide is a clear proof and indicator that we always prioritize our customers' expectations.
